Individuals yes but most of them are probably parasites. It would be better if they fuse because the shadows probably also stole parts of their personality to so that's why the shadows and the humans are different in almost everything besides their silhouettes imo

Yeah, I've noticed it too. The fact that Kate knows more than the others must mean she's not who she says she is. She must be from another place, much like the Shadows House or that Kate and Emilico are two different people since they are the only ones with different VAs

honestly given what we lear here about scorches and the "they enter people cause they probably want a face" amkes sense when you think of the "shadows are forced to interact with humans to become more human like".

seems very likely that scorches are basically the pre-pre-stage of a shadow.

jsut that maybe gramps doesnt want "rogue shadows" to appear that arent under his control.
so he controls the creation of shadows and the scorches are killed before they could evovle into a shadow.

I don't think Scorches can evolve into a true Shadow, they're mindless creatures byproduct of the soot the Shadows emit, if anything... I think we can say that Scorches are failed shadows birthed by the soot with only the basic instinct of getting a face.

You may be correct on this, and that's why I myself am unsure enough to be suggesting it as only one possible theory. I'm deriving it mostly from the recent information that was suggested this EP in which it "seems" like soot powers are needed to "upgrade" a scorch. My thinking beyond that is that if they were all created by grandfather, it may offer a reason as to why everyone is so gung-ho obedient and respectful to him, basically having him on an infinity pedestal.

LOL I love how John regarded Oliver as not a culprit just because he imagines Oliver has a crush on Barbara, nothing else just that because he doesn't have feelings for Kate he's a good guy, I love how simple John is. I also loved the moment where Jeremy or Jeremiah shows him the data and he falls asleep in an instance, he's so adorable.

I liked the scene between Emilico and Shaun, it was nice just to watch them discuss their thoughts on being human and how their shadow masters came to be, I like their connection and how they interact with one another.

It's also funny that they too found it strange to call themselves the names of their masters lol

I feel they're skipping something, but not that it matters for now. Shaun X Emilico FTW always lol, specially after their little "date" on the roof, followed by a nice voice from what I think could be Edward.

Guys, I got some news in regards on the upcoming return of Bleach.

Disney's acquired the rights to stream the anime next season, so um....like Summertime Render, expect Bleach to end up in Disney Jail next season! So provided you're watching it by legal means, unless you have a Disney+ account AND you live in Japan, the Mouse says f*** you, you can't watch it. XD

Shocker... Well so much for Viz Media trying to keep up with the competition. Sailor Moon and Jojo went to Netflix, a couple of brand names is under Sentai, a few is under Crunchyroll, and now Bleach is Disney.

does this even concerns people watching it on gogo in the first place? Gogo still has summertime render and probably will have bleach too. Nobody who has legal ways of watching anime come here.

Considering Disney essentially put Summertime Render in Disney Jail, yeah this IS concerning, you'd be a fool to assume otherwise, or that isn't gonna affect you in someway, even if you don't have a Disney+ account. They put it to where even if you have a Disney+ account, or willing to drop money to watch the show, you CAN'T watch it unless you live in Japan and maybe a select few Asian countries.

It shows that like Netflix, Disney has no clue on what anime fans want, let alone want, and they clearly shouldn't have a hand in anime. Netflix might've messed up with Komi-san S1, Jojo Part 6, and Edens Zero, but at least you got those shows EVENTUALLY. But Disney?
Summertime Render could've been as big as Re:Zero in terms of anime discussion because of how good it's been but because of that Mouse, you hardly ever see anyone talk about it.

We are talking about people watching these shows on legal sites not on gogo or other sites similar to this. How does that concern me who I am watching it on a free site?
